Coloring is not just for kids! According to Medical Daily, coloring can help adults block out negative thoughts. Coloring in a social setting can help ease stress, and it’s fun! We hosted our first adult Coloring and Wine Night in our Market Grille in January. This sold-out event included dietitian-approved and chef-created appetizers, half-priced sushi and bottles of wine, giveaways, and coloring! Check out our event photos and join us for our next Coloring & Wine Night on Thursday, February 16th at 6pm. Check out our Facebook event page for more details. Hope to see you there!
