On April 6th from 6:00 – 7:30pm, join your Hy-Vee Dietitian in preparing 6 low carb meals for you and your family/friends.
At this workshop, we take care of the grocery shopping and clean-up; all you have to do is the prep! You will prepare 6 meals that will serve 4 to 6 people each. Each meal is freezer-ready and can be cooked at your convenience.
Learn healthy eating hints, tips and tricks to improve the nutritional quality of your meals while you prepare each delicious recipe.

Caity is your Hy-Vee Barlow Plaza Registered Dietitian. She is originally from Rochester, MN, and attended high school in Stewartville. After high school, Caity received her Nutrition and Dietetics degree from Viterbo University in La Crosse, WI. Through the program, Caity completed internships at Gundersen Lutheran Hospital, Hy-Vee Grocery Stores in Madison, and Cancer Treatment Center of America in Zion, IL. In the past, Caity has also worked with individuals with special needs in the Rochester community.
