Hy-Vee Cleans Up Local Highway

In honor of Earth Day, approximately twenty Rochester Hy-Vee employees participated in a highway clean-up on Monday, April 24, 2017.

This event was part of the Olmsted County Adopt-a-Highway program.  Just last year, Hy-Vee adopted a two-mile stretch along County Road 22, also known as West Circle Drive.  This commitment requires at least two clean-up events per year for a minimum of two years, with one event in the spring and the second in late fall.

Hy-Vee’s Adopt-a-Highway effort is just one more way we are making our community a better place to live, work and play.
