One of the most common questions I get is: “What are some things that I can eat for snacks?” We seem to have the hang of getting meals together but continuously struggle with snacks. It is easy to simply grab a bag of chips or a package of cookies.
In order to answer this question, I have developed the dietitian snack box. Each month, I scour the store to find the best snacks and treats. Each box will include 7 to 10 snacks, coupons, the latest issue of Hy-Vee Balance or Seasons magazine and descriptions of each item, including why I chose it and where to find it in the store.
This box can be purchased monthly for $14.99, or can be a 3-month or 6-month subscription, to be picked up on the first Monday of each month. The 3-month subscription cost is $42 and the 6-month is $75, with the first month free! To receive a recurring subscription, contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
